Order Handling Time

All orders are shipped after confirmation within 1-2 business days.
Working days is from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday as well as Holidays no ordered goods will be dispatched.

Please note: Due to important holidays, order processing and delivery times will be longer.(ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

International Standard Shipping

Most standard shipments from warehouses in Shenzhen China are shipped via selective carriers and postal services. Order delivery usually takes 7-15 business days to complete.

Shipping Time Estimates

Most addresses will receive products within 7-15 business days once shipped. Or it could be faster. Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the shipping company. The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Exceptions apply. Some distant areas can take a bit longer.

Order Tracking

All order will be provided tracking, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as we ship.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Wrong Address (Return To Sender)

If an order is returned by the shipper because they could not deliver to the address you provided, or if you refuse delivery and the products are returned to us, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging

All items are packed inside bubble envelopes to ensure safe delivery. Please do not cut open your envelope with a knife or scissors as this may damage your item(s).

Shipping Rates

Orders over $25.00 ship free. If order less than $25, we charge shipment, In most cases we charge 5.95 for shipping.

Payments

Payment can be made through Paypal, ShopPay. ShopPay can accept to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express. PayPal is an all-in-one payment solution, which allows customers to accept credit cards and PayPal account balances. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal. you can choose the most suitable one for your , all products are listed in us dollar. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will do our best to resolve your issue and provide you with a refund or return service.

Timeframe for Accepting Returns

You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. Please note that if you apply for a return after this period, we will not be able to process your request.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Our customer service representative will contact you to confirm your request and provide further guidance within 2 business days. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.

You will need to return the product to our specified address at your own expense.

1: If the product has quality issues , we will cover the return shipping costs and refund will include the original shipping fees and customs duties.
2: If you are returning the product because you are not satisfied or do not like it, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will not include the original shipping fees (even if they were not deducted during the initial order ) and customs duties.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days . Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees are non-refundable except product quality issues..

Refund Timeline

Once we have received your returned product and confirmed that it meets the return standards, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We will process your refund within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment method, and other factors.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
